Refund policy
At Sensables, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To request a return, please email us at support@sensables.io with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions to complete your return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which helps us maintain quality standards. This restocking fee does not apply to defective or damaged items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt for your return to be completed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please initiate the return through your account, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When returning your item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For international orders, return or exchange shipping costs are not covered.
Warranty Terms
The IAQ Device includes a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
- Lost or stolen devices
To request a warranty replacement, please contact us at support@sensables.io with your order number and a description of the issue.
Post-Repair Warranty
All products repaired by Sensables are covered by the warranty for a period of six months from the date of repair. This additional warranty does not reduce any existing warranty periods applicable to the product.
